How we check every prescription.
Every prescription and report you send goes through the same process — whether it looks straightforward or not.
We read it twice
Two independent passes over every document, so a mistake in one is more likely to be caught by the other.
Anything uncertain goes to a person, automatically
If either reading isn't confident, the document is held for human review before anything from it reaches your list.
A person checks every medicine before it's added
Nothing is added to your parent's record without someone on our team going over it first.
Flags are for a person to resolve, never software
When something looks like it needs a second look — two medicines that shouldn't usually be taken together, for instance — it's held for review. Nothing clears itself.
What we will never do
- We never place an order without you approving it, in writing, first.
- We never make a medical decision. We organise and explain; your doctor decides.
- We never share your family's information with anyone, and we never sell it.
- We never delete a record. Everything stays recoverable.
When we flag something, we tell you what we found and what our team decided — never a diagnosis, and never an instruction. We ask you to check with your parent's doctor, every time.
