Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the PURE Care waitlist. It does not cover a registered family's medical records — that notice is shown when you sign in, and is written for the health information PURE Care holds once a family joins.
- What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, and — if you tell us — the city your parents live in, who you're joining for, what you're looking for, and how soon you need it. Nothing about anyone's health or medicines is asked for on this form, and you should not include any.
- Why we collect it
- Only to let you know when a place opens up, to send you the one guide we promise on joining, and to plan which cities we open in first. We do not use it for anything else.
- Who can see it
- Our care team, so we can contact you in order. We do not sell this information, we do not share it with anyone outside PURE Care, and we do not use it for advertising.
- How long we keep it
- For as long as you're on the waitlist, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to remove it at any time and we will, unless we're required by law to keep something specific.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it — at any time, by messaging us. A person handles it, not a form.
- Where it is stored
- On managed cloud services, reachable only by this application and our care team.
- Grievance officer
- If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, write to us and we'll make sure the right person sees it and responds.
